Face Bleaching Tips: Know The Essential Do’s And Don’t’s Of Bleaching Your Skin

Skin bleaching uses chemicals to make the skin lighter or more uniformly coloured by lowering the amount of melanin in the skin. Before you decide to bleach your face, here are some things to consider as recommended by famous skin expert Dr Geetika Mittal Gupta.

Everyone yearns for skin that is perfect, radiant, and brighter. Whether it’s a family gathering, a night out with friends, or any other occasion, everyone wants to appear gorgeous.

To achieve lighter, even, smooth, and fair-looking skin, they bleach their skin to remove dark spots, dead skin cells, skin tan, sun damage, dark patches, and skin pigmentation. However, the primary motivation for whitening the face is to conceal the black hair that normally causes ladies or young girls to feel super conscious.

Many people decide to bleach their skin in order to brighten it. But apart from that, multiple factors lead people to bleach their skin. While some people conceal their facial hair, others use it to brighten blemishes and skin discolourations.

There are a few things you should know before bleaching your skin, even while it can definitely make your facial hair lighter. Whether you do it yourself at home or have your hair done at a salon, keep in mind these do’s and don’ts suggested by celebrity skin expert Dr Geetika Mittal Gupta.

Do’s For Facial Bleaching:

1) Just keep it for 10 minutes

That’s all it requires. If you keep it on for more than ten minutes, your skin may suffer permanent harm. Your skin may become toxic from bleach’s increased chlorine intake, and it may also result in an allergic reaction.

2) Apply bleach at night

It is recommended to use bleach at night so that you may wash your face and put on a night cream or serum before sleeping. This may aid in bringing back your natural glow.

3) Wash your face clean

In order to clear your clogged pores and eliminate extra oil and dirt from your skin, it is essential to clean your face before bleaching.

Don’t’s Of Facial Bleaching:

1) Avoid sun or products for 48 hours

Do not leave the house after bleaching and go outside in the sun. Your skin becomes more sensitive after bleaching, and the sun’s rays might make it worse.

2) Avoid sensitive areas

To prevent rashes or irritation, avoid applying bleach to delicate regions like the lips or eyes.
